Job description
As a member of the IT & Digital team, you will be at the heart of the Group's various development projects on an international scope (3 Business Units: EMEA, AMERICAS & APAC - 3 R&D centers: France, UK & Germany - 4 industrial sites: France & Germany).
In line with the IT & Digital strategy, your mission consists of:

Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions, relying on low-code applications and empowered with AI.

Design, develop, test, and deploy Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Cloud flows, Copilot Studio agents and other components.

Interact with Dataverse, Dynamics, Microsoft 365 services, and other APIs or MCP integrations.

Deliver comprehensive support, resolve issues efficiently, and drive enhancements with a focus on maintaining reliability, optimal performance, and high service quality.

Assess business needs, review current processes, and suggest automation or improvements.

Support and train business teams to improve their Citizen Developer skills.

Coach our users and organize events such as our yearly digital hackathon.
Requirements
Minimum Bac+5 (Master's degree or equivalent), with experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 environments., * Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Dataverse

Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM; technical skills are a plus, especially JavaScript and C#
