Job description

As a member of the IT & Digital team, you will be at the heart of the Group's various development projects on an international scope (3 Business Units: EMEA, AMERICAS & APAC - 3 R&D centers: France, UK & Germany - 4 industrial sites: France & Germany).

In line with the IT & Digital strategy, your mission consists of:

  • Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions, relying on low-code applications and empowered with AI.

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Cloud flows, Copilot Studio agents and other components.

  • Interact with Dataverse, Dynamics, Microsoft 365 services, and other APIs or MCP integrations.

  • Deliver comprehensive support, resolve issues efficiently, and drive enhancements with a focus on maintaining reliability, optimal performance, and high service quality.

  • Assess business needs, review current processes, and suggest automation or improvements.

  • Support and train business teams to improve their Citizen Developer skills.

  • Coach our users and organize events such as our yearly digital hackathon.

Requirements

Minimum Bac+5 (Master's degree or equivalent), with experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 environments., * Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Dataverse

  • Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM; technical skills are a plus, especially JavaScript and C#

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in both technical and functional domains.

  • Strong listening skills, good written and verbal communication, service-oriented

  • Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for technology, keeping up with latest tech trends

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
