IT Support Analyst

Full job description Main Duties and Responsibilities Supporting the overall Sales, Product Development & Marketing functions. Prospect regions and inactive customers to create interest and opportunities for Mallaghan products. Coordinate with Sales team when opportunities are identified and support handover. Assist in large scope product RFP & RFQ's. Assist with organising customer factory visits (Hotels, lunches, airport transfers etc.) Assist marketing team in organizing shows. Assist with Market Analysis projects & Customer Satisfaction Surveys Build effective working relationships with all other functions at the site and support daily operations. Assist with any other administration duties as required by your manager. Any other duties required by Leadership to suit business needs. You will ensure that all works carried comply with the ISO 9001 Quality management procedures. Your profile: Essential Strong work ethic & ability to produce high quality work to a deadline. Attention to detail & meticulous approach to processes & documentation. Strong passion for engineering and innovation. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and build effective relationships with customers and internal departments. Strong IT and Administration skills, including MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Strong planning and problem solving skills. Ability to be both Pragmatic and Diligent with all general duties. Self-motivated with ability to use initiative. Desirable Experience of working in a Sales/Aftersales team environment. Experience in a customer facing/interacting role. Experience with IT platforms such as Salesforce & Sharepoint.
