As a Design Manager here, you will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

Your responsibilities will be varied and high-impact, potentially including: Overseeing all aspects of delivery across major projects, taking on roles such as Detailed Design Lead, Owner's Engineer, or Design & Build delivery leadership.

Leading multi-disciplinary teams (both internal and external) to ensure seamless collaboration and technical excellence.

Playing a fundamental role in identifying innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients.

Planning and managing the technical delivery pipeline to ensure best value, client service excellence, and access to Stantec's world-class expertise.

About You You will be a degree qualified (or equivalent)engineerand will ideally be chartered, or a member of a relevant engineering institution.

Support can be given to achieve this if required.

You will ideally have a background in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering with strong design experience.

You will have previous design experience in the water sector, ideally with a consultancy.

You will have experience with waste water projects.

You will have a passion for solving engineering problems, the ability to lead and inspire and the confidence to drive through challenging solutions.
