Join us as Solution Sales Manager (d/f/m) and accelerate growth by shaping and selling innovative Supply Chain Orchestration solutions while acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, identifying opportunities, and designing value-driven approaches.
What your new challenge will look like?

You shape and deliver scalable S&OP- and supply chain solutions to our customers, including inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, and end-to-end orchestration.

In collaboration with technology partners and internal experts, you ensure technical and operational feasibility of our proposed solutions.

You support go-to-market positioning and sales activities by understanding customer challenges, crafting compelling solution narratives, quantifying benefits, and defining scope and cost estimates.

You create reusable sales assets and support the development of high-quality proposals.
Requirements

You bring several years of experience in supply chain management or consulting, with a clear focus on S&OP such as demand planning, supply chain planning, inventory management, ideally in FMCG, Pharma or Life Sciences.

Your background in solution sales or presales for complex supply chain offerings enables you to design value-driven approaches for our clients.

You are familiar with advanced planning systems or S&OP tools (e.g. SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Anaplan or similar) and enjoy working at the intersection of process and technology.

By combining analytical strength and a solution-oriented mindset, you turn complex supply chain challenges and innovative concepts into actionable plans.

In dynamic environments, you turn complexity into clarity and communicate effectively with stakeholders in English (C1-level or higher); German skills are a plus.
