Requirements

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, * Support for the line management and specialist departments and be able to provide information on the status of tickets.

  • German language skills (preferably native speaker).
  • Analyze and, if necessary, resolve tickets in Serviceware (ITSM Suite).
  • Knowledge of service management is an advantage.
  • Analytical and networked thinking is required.
  • Support and troubleshooting in the area of M365 Teams and SharePoint.
  • Management and processing of authorization requests for access, Active Directory, Jira, Confluence, SAP, and Citrix.
  • Experience in 2nd level support is desirable.
