Meta Paid Ads Specialist

As a Meta Paid Ads Specialist, you'll play a key role in scaling Dentaprime's digital presence and lead generation across Facebook and Instagram. You'll be hands-on with campaigns, data, and creative testing - while collaborating closely with both our internal marketing team and external paid media agency.

This role is perfect for someone who loves numbers, creativity, and performance optimization.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Run Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for leads and conversions
• Optimize budgets, audiences, and creatives to lower costs
• Track and analyze performance in Meta Ads Manager
• Test ads and messaging while following brand and Meta rules
• Collaborate with design and content teams
• Research audiences and competitors
• Report results and insights to the team

Do you have experience in Marketing?, * Analytical but also creative

• Comfortable working with numbers and performance metrics
• A team player with good communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), * Facebook Advertising: 4 years (required)
• Marketing: 4 years (required)
