Job description
Act as a trusted advisor and value architect to support AEs in positioning data and AI as strategic business accelerators across BPO, CX Tech, and transformation engagements. This SME will help clients define, design, and de-risk data and AI initiatives that deliver measurable ROI.
Scope of Contribution

Support AE-led sales cycles by translating data and AI capabilities into business outcomes (cost reduction, revenue uplift, risk mitigation)

Enable vertical value plays (FS, Retail, Travel, Telco) with outcome-based narratives

Provide specialist expertise on data transformation, operational intelligence, predictive analytics, and AI/ML use casesEnsure tight integration of Data & Intelligence solutions with BPO and CX delivery *, * Support AEs in discovery, scoping, and client engagement for Data & Intelligence opportunities

Lead technical and business workshops with client stakeholders (COO, CFO, CDO) to identify high-impact use cases

Shape value propositions that attach data and AI solutions to existing engagements, creating integrated business cases

Build credibility with client technical and business leaders by articulating modern data architectures, AI/ML workflows, and platform strategies

Enable the field with playbooks, case studies, ROI models, qualification frameworks, and demo assets

Contribute to pre-sales rigor by ensuring opportunities are well-scoped, qualified, and executable (MEDDPICC discipline)Act as a feedback loop to refine GTM positioning, value plays, and delivery approaches
Profile
- Proven experience in enterprise data/AI consulting, solution architecture, or specialist pre-sales (GSI, data platform vendor, or technology-enabled consultancy preferred)
- Strong business acumen-able to speak CFO/COO language, not just data scientist language
- Hands-on knowledge of modern data ecosystems:
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
- Data platforms: Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse
- Analytics & BI: Power BI, Tableau, Looker
- AI/ML: predictive analytics, propensity models, MLOps, GenAI foundations
- Value-selling mindset-able to quantify business impact and build compelling ROI narratives
- Cross-functional orchestration-comfortable navigating complex organizations and aligning technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders
- Consultative credibility-experience working with senior business leaders and shaping strategic roadmapsEMEA experience and fluency in English (French, German, or Spanish a plus)
Success Metrics
- $2-3M ACV contribution (prorated FY26) in support of AE-led deals
- Data & Intelligence attachment rate across target accounts
- Pipeline quality and velocity through structured qualification and enablement
- Delivery alignment-proposals that convert into successful, high-margin projects
