Job description

As a Salesforce Administrator, you play a key role in managing and further developing the Salesforce CRM platform at DENIOS. You ensure Salesforce is reliable, user-friendly, and continuously aligned with the needs of our international sales teams.

You act as the link between Sales, IT, and external partners. You translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions, safeguard data quality, and support international CRM rollouts. With your Salesforce expertise and understanding of B2B sales processes, you help the organization work smarter, more efficiently, and more data-driven., * Manage and further develop Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and potentially Experience Cloud).

  • User management: roles, profiles, permissions, datasets, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Ensure data quality and maintain and clean master data.
  • Optimize dashboards, reports, and sales forecasts to support the sales team.
  • Support international sales teams with system questions, error analysis, and new requests.
  • Coordinate change requests between internal departments, IT, and external partners.
  • Support CRM rollouts within international subsidiaries, including training and onboarding.
  • Document processes, interfaces, and system changes.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of data management, reporting, and process automation.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes (lead management, opportunity pipeline, customer service).
  • Experience with integrations and interfaces (e.g., ERP systems, marketing automation, Power BI).
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills, service-minded attitude, and excellent communication skills.
