Job description

  • Process all security pass applications for LHR and LTN new starters, renewals, agency workers, and visitors via the ID Gateway, including conducting security interviews, right-to-work checks, and DBS checks
  • Monitor and track Security ID application progress, resolving any issues or delays as necessary
  • Manage DBS checks through the Staffvetting platform and provide support to employees throughout the process
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding security ID pass queries and provide guidance on requirements and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with CAA and GDPR requirements
  • Coordinate with agencies to review vetting pack compliance to sign off in line with CAA requirements and DHL policy
  • Prepare and distribute long service awards
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required within the People Services Team

Requirements

Do you have experience in Time management?, * Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy in processing security pass applications

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Highly organised with a structured approach to managing workload
  • Proficient IT literacy and experience using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Must hold a valid UK diving license and be willing to travel to EMA once a month and as required for team meetings and to LTN as required
