Job description

  • Build and enhance Power Apps solutions, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate
  • Design, configure, and administer SharePoint environments, including site setup, permissions, data structures, and content management
  • Support SharePoint migrations and modernisation activities
  • Develop embedded Canvas App forms within SharePoint where required
  • Use Copilot Studio to build conversational AI experiences and intelligent automation
  • Create enterprise-level low-code solutions that are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives
  • Gather and translate business requirements into clear technical solutions
  • Integrate applications with Dataverse and other data sources
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the Power Platform and SharePoint
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, providing clear communication and technical guidance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, best-practice standards, and solution governance

Requirements

We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled Power Platform Developer to join our growing team. This role will support a range of projects across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a strong focus on building low-code applications, developing automations, configuring SharePoint environments, and leveraging emerging capabilities such as Copilot Studio.

The ideal candidate will have broad experience across the Power Platform stack, strong SharePoint knowledge, and the ability to deliver end-to-end solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements, design and build solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to continuous improvement across our delivery function.

  • Proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation
  • Experience using Dataverse and connecting to external data sources
  • Ability to design scalable, maintainable low-code solutions

Copilot Studio Experience

  • Practical experience developing solutions using Copilot Studio (essential)
  • Ability to build conversational experiences, AI-supported workflows, and integrated automation

SharePoint Knowledge

  • Strong experience in SharePoint setup, configuration, and administration
  • Skilled in supporting SharePoint migrations and structuring content
  • Ability to build or enhance embedded Canvas Apps within SharePoint

Technical & Delivery Skills

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and integration patterns
  • Experience working with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Azure DevOps
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider delivery team
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
