Job description
- Analytics Business Partner: You are the primary analytics counterpart for one or more business departments. You translate business questions into analytical approaches, challenge assumptions and KPIs, and deliver clear, decision-oriented insights.
- Data & Modeling Excellence: You collaborate closely with Analytics Engineers to develop and maintain dbt models and ensure a reliable, consistent data foundation.
- Dashboards & KPI Steering: You design dashboards and reports with stakeholders, ensure KPIs are meaningful and correctly implemented, and take ownership of relevant content in Metabase.
- Analytics Initiatives: You contribute to company-wide analytics initiatives such as analytics standards, data operations improvements, self-service enablement, and data education.

Do you have experience in SQL?, As a Senior Data Analytics Business Partner (all genders), you partner with teams across the company by providing data-driven insights and analytical expertise to inform decisions. You combine strong analytical and technical skills with business understanding and work closely with stakeholders on complex, high-impact questions.
You are part of our central Analytics team, but your day-to-day work happens primarily in close collaboration with other teams. Depending on the situation, you deliver hands-on analyses, enable teams to work effectively with data in a sustainable and scalable way, or lead deeper analytical work where additional focus is required., * Background: You bring 4+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally gained in scale-up, tech, or consulting environments where pace and impact matter.
- Stakeholder Partnership: You have proven experience owning relationships with at least one business department, acting as a trusted partner and driving data-informed decision-making.
- Business Expertise: Deep expertise in at least one domain (e.g. Commercial, Operations, Finance, or Product) with a clear perspective on KPIs and performance drivers.
- Technical Skills: Advanced SQL skills; experience with BI tools, dbt, and Git. Python is a plus.
- Analytical & Communication Strength: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize insights, and communicate clearly across diverse audiences. Track record of delivering pragmatic, high-impact analyses that drive action.
- Mindset & Collaboration: Proactive and opinionated, with the confidence to take ownership in ambiguous situations. Comfortable challenging the status quo and collaborating closely with Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders.
- Language: You are fluent in English (C1/C2 level), German is a strong plus.
