Solution Delivery & AdoptionDesign and implement tailored Dynamics 365 & Power Platform solutions.Lead end-to-end LCNC delivery, ensuring quality, scalability, and sustainability.Drive user adoption through structured engagement and change practices.?? Client Advisory & Stakeholder EngagementLead client workshops and meetings to define business and technical requirements.Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and steering committees.?? Agile Project DeliveryLead project planning and execution using Agile methodologies.Manage risks, timelines, and quality across the delivery lifecycle.Ensure alignment between solution outcomes and strategic objectives.?? Your Profile? Experience3+ years experience in consulting or business advisory roles.Proven delivery experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience working in Agile environments.? Technical ExpertiseCertifications in Microsoft Business Applications (Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, Copilot preferred).Understanding of cloud architecture and integrations.Awareness of emerging technologies including Generative AI.?
