This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing-aware Website Designer who wants to work on projects that actually make a difference to how businesses operate, not just how they look.
Our client, Digital Edge, is a highly respected and fast-growing digital partner based in the North East. They design and build websites that scale businesses, improve operations, and support marketing teams.
This role would suit an experienced designer who understands brand, UX, and marketing principles, and enjoys working closely with developers and marketers to deliver well-thought-out digital solutions., As a Website & Brand Designer, you will play a key role in shaping websites and digital experiences that are clear, structured, and commercially effective.
You'll work closely with:
- Other designers
- Developers (Wix / Wix Studio)
- Marketing and account teams
This is not a purely visual design role. You'll be expected to think about audience, intent, brand voice, and outcomes, as well as layout and design quality., * Work closely with marketing teams to align design with strategy
- Take ownership of your projects from concept through to delivery
- Confidently handle feedback and iteration
Desirable Experience
- Figma and modern design tools
- Wix, Wix Studio, or similar platforms (training provided if needed)
Requirements
Do you have experience in Web design?, * At least 2 years' experience in website design (commercial / agency or in-house)
- Design and structure websites that communicate clearly and convert
- Apply and protect brand voice across digital platforms
- Translate vague client briefs into clear design solutions
- Make confident UX, hierarchy, and layout decisions, * The chance to work on meaningful, varied projects

Benefits & conditions
- Salary of £28,000 - £35,000, depending on experience
