Your daily business

• Drive the strategic evolution of Threat Hunting & Threat Intelligence: set vision and roadmap, define KPIs, and deliver measurable customer value.
• Lead an international Squad; own quality standards and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with SOC, Incident Response and Engineering teams across Europe.
• Communicate complex technical topics to customers in a clear and understandable way: executive briefings, reports, workshops, and C-level decision support.
• Shape offerings and service design: customer centric hunting, integration with existing services, and commercial evaluation.

• Strong subject matter expertise in Threat Hunting & Threat Intelligence.
• 5+ years' experience in Threat Hunting, Threat Intelligence, Digital Forensics & Incident Response, or related fields.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SANS GCFA) are an advantage.
• Experience with EDR, ITDR, NDR, or SIEM tools; ideally in depth experience with CrowdStrike Falcon and Microsoft Defender.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to drive outcomes.
• Leadership experience, especially in agile and international environments, is a plus.

The collective agreement minimum annual salary for this position is 62.790 EUR for full-time (38.5 hours). Your actual salary will be agreed individually and based on your experience.
