Naval Systems Integration & Trials Engineer

Salary up to £45,000 | Bonus | 14% Pension | Paid Overtime Sea trials. Firing trials. Real systems, not PowerPoint. If you enjoy seeing complex systems prove themselves in the real world, not just on a model, this one's worth your time. You'll join an expanding Integration and Systems Validation team working on Naval-Based Air Defence programmes. That means lab integration, harbour trials, sea trials, and even overseas activity. You'll plan trials, execute them, analyse the data, and fix what doesn't work. Proper engineering. You'll work across systems, hardware and software, interfacing with design teams, systems engineers and stakeholders at every level. This is hands-on proving. Not a desk-only role. We're looking for engineers who've worked in:

• System integration
• Design proving and trials
• Naval environments
• Verification and validation
• Electronic, electrical or network integration

MBSE exposure, DOORS, Rhapsody or Python will be helpful but not essential. You'll need to be a British citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship for security clearance.
