Job description

  • Adopting a consultative sales approach to deeply understand client challenges and pain points before proposing a comprehensive solution
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic networking to expand the client portfolio
  • Growing and diversifying existing accounts by introducing the full suite of products and services
  • Managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial discovery to closing and long-term account retention
  • Engaging with clients via telephone calls, video calls, and face-to-face meetings where appropriate
  • Building and maintaining strong professional relationships through regular client meetings and attending industry networking events
  • Collaborating with in-house architects to ensure technical specifications align with client objectives
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions

Requirements

Do you have experience in Sales?, Why would you be a good fit?

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in a business-to-business telephone based sales role
  • Ideally some experience in the tech sales industry, or a deep interest in technology products
  • High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to network at and host client meetings
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and tools such as ZoomInfo
  • Willingness to attend client meetings, networking events, and vendor meetings across the UK
  • Ability to commute to the Shrivenham HQ Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

  • Starting base salary of £25,000 to £32,000 depending on experience
  • Generous commission and bonus scheme with an OTE of £42,450 to £53,636
