Job description

HR Data & Technology Services Managers play a central role in the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of HR data and technology services. Working in a live service environment, post-holders ensure reliable, user-focused service delivery while identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance resilience and improve user experience through data and technology.

Successful candidates will be assigned to one of three specialist areas - Problem Management, Data Governance or Service Delivery - while sharing a core set of responsibilities. The roles require flexibility, curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning as technologies and priorities evolve.

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Manage the HR Data & Technology service desk, ensuring high-quality request handling, access management and routine data checks
  • Maintain reliable service delivery, keeping HR systems and data accurate
  • Analyse service and performance data to generate insight on user needs and improvement opportunities
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to understand requirements, manage expectations and resolve issues
  • Produce clear, high-quality reports, presentations and data visualisations for varied audiences
  • Support system configuration and administration, proactively learning and applying new technologies
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve processes to drive efficiency, This role is suitable for hybrid working, which is a non-contractual arrangement where a combination of workplace and home-based working can be accommodated subject to business requirements.

The expectation at present is a minimum of 60% of your working time a month will be spent at either your designated workplace (one of the locations cited in the advert) or, when required for business reasons, in another office/work location. There may be occasions where you are required to attend above the minimum expectation.

Occasional travel to other offices will be required, which may involve overnight stays.

The interviews will take place week commencing 30th March

Requirements
