Job description
We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to join our growing global team and contribute to our mission to improve our patients' health and their lives. This is a hybrid role for our office in London (UK).
You will be joining one of our teams focused on building marketing tools and new high-quality patient-facing landing pages to increase the velocity of launching campaigns and experimentation for growth teams. This role directly impacts campaign velocity, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost across multiple markets. We are looking for people who have deep experience developing in the Webflow ecosystem and care about building things properly.
Who you are
- Empathy for the user - You care about patients having an exceptional experience. You spot clunky flows and poor UX, and are motivated to fix them.
- Cross-functional partner - You work closely with PMs, designers, and analysts to make decisions and shape the product together.
- Team contributor - You care about building amazing experiences, and helping others grow. You lead by example, not just title.
- End-to-end ownership - You don't just build pages; you take full responsibility for what you build. You care about the why, not just the what, and you're just as comfortable in technical discussions as you are exploring user needs, product trade-offs, and impact.
- Bias for action - You agitate for change, to try new approaches and are an ambassador for innovation. You are willing to go outside your comfort zone to solve a problem quickly.
- First principle thinker - You can take a step back and think about problems holistically. You challenge assumptions and know when it's safe to take shortcuts.
What you will do
- Build, maintain and optimise Voy's patient-facing pages and marketing campaigns using Webflow.
- Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Copywriters, Growth Managers and the Engineering team to ship work to brief, on time, and to a high standard.
- Drive & shape the future of our Webflow Design System in partnership with the Product Design team. Helping us scale, move fast and onboard quickly.
- Own the technical execution of A/B tests, personalization, and performance improvements
- Create beautiful experiences that users can rely on. Utilising your eye for detail and the latest design ethoses.
Requirements
Do you have experience in UX?, * Webflow craft - Strong knowledge of Webflow, HTML, CSS, accessibility practices, performance tuning, etc.
- Great verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas in a simple way to non-engineering teammates
- Ability to plan and organise website structures that are easy to update and can grow over time, allowing changes to be made across multiple pages efficiently.
- Familiarity with Figma tools like Figma to Webflow and design handoff workflows.
- React or modern frontend experience isn't essential but is advantageous. What we offer
