FS Banking + Custom Software Engineering Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead with a strong background in the banking sector to lead strategic technology initiatives within highly regulated and mission-critical environments.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading technical teams, defining robust architectures, and ensuring the successful delivery of key digital transformation projects., * Lead cross-functional teams (Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps).

• Define and validate technology architectures aligned with banking standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (PSD2, GDPR, local regulations).
• Collaborate closely with Business, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders.
• Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD implementation, and automation initiatives.
• Oversee integrations with core banking systems and legacy platforms.
• Ensure solution quality, scalability, performance, and security.

Do you have experience in System architecture?, * 8+ years of experience in technology, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.

• Proven experience in traditional banking or digital banking environments.
• Strong background in system architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of security best practices in financial environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Open Banking initiatives.
• Knowledge of core banking systems (Temenos, Mambu, etc.).
• Certifications in cloud or architecture frameworks.
