Operational Reporting

Run existing SQL queries to generate and consolidate weekly/monthly reports for both internal fleet tracking and external city compliance.

Aggregate data from disparate sources to deliver timely, holistic KPI summaries to leadership and stakeholders.

Ad-Hoc Analysis

Serve as the primary resource for urgent operational inquiries, using SQL to provide rapid, evidence-based answers to fast-moving problems.

Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable summaries for
non-technical team members.

Dashboard Maintenance

Maintain and optimize existing dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and real-time visibility for the operations team.

Troubleshoot data connections and iterate on dashboard designs based on user feedback and evolving business needs.

Process Improvement

Collaborate with stakeholders to design and test operational strategies to improve efficiency.

Document these findings and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using Google Workspace to ensure best practices are standardized.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, * Interest: Passion for micromobility, sustainability, and data-driven decision making.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying, Tableau for dashboard maintenance, and Google Workspace (specifically Sheets) for analysis.

Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex data insights clearly to non-technical operational stakeholders.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, particularly regarding external compliance reporting and KPI tracking.

Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements* Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with local operations managers, strategy teams, and central leadership.

Familiarity with additional tools such as Python or geospatial analysis software is a plus, although not essential.
