This role is all about setting directions, empowering people, and ensuring that quality remains at the heart of everything we do-today and for the future.   • Driving process robustness, especially through PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) and the deployment of Manufacturing Quality Fundamentals (automotive standards)
  • Ensuring strong collaboration with Methods and Production departments, for steady deployment of actions and sustained compliance
  • Ensuring appropriate speed and methodology (especially 8D) for escalations and issue resolution
  • Managing the Quality Management System for the plant, ensuring successful internal and external audits (ISO, UL, CCC...)
  • Driving Supplier Quality improvements
  • Representing the voice of customer, driving Customer Centricity within the plant
  • Contributing to a network of CS&Q Managers, through practise sharing and brainstorming

Requirements

Do you have experience in Six Sigma?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, + Strong experience in Quality Management, with at least first team leadership experience

  • A bachelor's degree in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional skills and knowledge about the standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and country-related specifications (UL, CCC...)
  • Profound knowledge in PFMEA, Lean Six Sigma, 8D
  • Professional skills and experience in Process Management Methods & Tools
  • A high level of digital affinity
  • Intercultural competences to ensure pleasant cooperation within our company
  • Experience in the manufacturing of electronic products would also be advantageous
  • Fluency in German and English with excellent verbal and written skills
