Job description

As a UX/UI Designer, you'll turn user and business insights into clear, elegant product experiences. You'll collaborate closely with Project Managers and developers to deliver everything from early concepts to high-fidelity UI. You will be the voice of our users: uncovering what they need and translating complexity into simple, intuitive interfaces that help our customers achieve their goals., * Work closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible, consistent, and implemented with high quality.

  • Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system, focusing on components, patterns, and accessibility.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions with users and stakeholders to incorporate learnings into your iterations.
  • Use the latest AI tooling to assist your workflow and stay ahead of modern design trends.

Requirements

  • Distill simplicity from complex requirements and ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Are a dedicated team player who welcomes critique and iterates fast to get the best results.
  • Communicate clearly with both customers and internal teams, explaining the logic behind your design choices.
  • Are decisive when a project needs direction, but remain flexible when new evidence or data suggests a better path.
  • Live in The Netherlands already., * Strong command of modern design tools (Figma is a must).
  • Experience with user research methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys) and translating those insights into design.
  • Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
  • Big plus for experience designing for B2B SaaS, complex workflows, or data-heavy interfaces.
  • Big plus for familiarity with accessibility best practices and design systems.
