This is an exciting time to join RLAM as we accelerate our AI capability and deepen our investment in cutting-edge data technologies. As a Data & AI Solutions Analyst, you'll be part of a small, highly skilled team driving the development of data-driven and AI-powered solutions across the organisation. This is a technically demanding, innovation-focused role requiring strong coding skills and a passion for experimentation.
You'll help deliver innovative solutions, support colleagues who are eager to build their technical capability, and contribute to the exploration of emerging technologies. You'll also help run communities of practice by identifying experts, sharing best practices and shaping methodologies that uplift data maturity across RLAM.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate who is passionate about data, technology and AI, eager to innovate, and ready to build a successful career in a rapidly evolving field., * Deliver data and AI solutions to colleagues across RLAM using technologies such as Snowflake, PowerAutomate, RDP and Python.
- Assist colleagues across the business who lack technical skills but are eager to learn, building relationships and transferring knowledge to help them become self-sufficient in core technologies.
- Drive experimentation with new technologies, including large language models (LLMs), knowledge graphs, emerging data/AI tools and voice technologies, to ensure RLAM keeps pace with rapid advances in data and AI.
- Run communities of practice by identifying experts, gathering best practices, creating methodologies and leading sessions.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Statistical analysis?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as data science, computer science, statistics, engineering, science or a related STEM field.
- Having completed a work placement or internship in a data-related role or with exposure to AI concepts, an advantage.
- Familiarity with data analysis techniques, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
- Familiarity with AI concepts, including machine learning algorithms and LLM
- Desirable technical skills: Python, LLMs, AzureAI, SQL, Power Platform (Automate), Power BI
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive attitude towards acquiring new skills and knowledge in AI technologies.
