Service Center Coordinator within Service Operations & Technology

Then you might be our new colleague., As a Service Center Coordinator within Service Operations & Technology you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.

• Control and manage the process of urgent orders
• Discuss, control and manage special orders and requirements
• Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders
• Give advice on logistical and commercial solutions or alternatives
• Improve processes and ways of working which are beneficial for both our department and customers

• Customer oriented and service minded
• Cultural awareness
• Good communication and networking skills
• Ability to structure and prioritize working tasks in an efficient manner
• Interest in working with continuous improvements
• Open to and interested in learning and using new technologies and tools to support process improvements

• Be the voice of the customer in our big organization
• You have multilingual skills: English, French, Italian, Spanish (min. at least English, French & Italian)
• Knowledge of Office 365 tools, Sharepoint creation & maintenance & PowerBI is considered a valuable asset!
