The Platform Manager delivers the cloud platform strategy, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions. This role leads platform design, automation, and governance, manages the engineering team, and drives innovation through public cloud services to meet evolving HL needs., * Oversee the design, development, and implementation of the cloud platform, ensuring it meets performance, scalability, reliability, and compliance standards.
- Manage and develop the cloud platform engineering team, fostering cross-functional collaboration and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the platform aligns with customers' business requirements, technical constraints, and evolving needs through proactive engagement with stakeholders.
- Develop and optimize provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices.
- Implement centralized management, monitoring, and governance capabilities to maintain visibility, security, and control across customer cloud environments.
- Continuously evaluate emerging public cloud services and technologies, incorporating them into the platform to enhance value and maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Business requirements?, * Extensive experience in cloud platform engineering and operations, with deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures and best practices.
- Strong technical expertise in public cloud services and ability to translate business requirements into robust, scalable cloud solutions.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical skills to navigate complex technical and organizational challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with customer-facing teams and align platform capabilities with business needs.
- Commitment to adopting innovative cloud technologies and modern delivery approaches.
