Data Consultant - Brussels M/F

As a Data Consultant in Brussels, you will contribute to the growth of mc2i in Belgium and work with a major client - a key player in the energy sector - on strategic projects.

You will bring your expertise in Data (Dataiku, Databricks, etc.) and programming (SQL, Python, etc.) to all the following project phases:

Analysis and Design

• Gathering and analyzing stakeholder needs.
• Identifying and benchmarking solutions that meet the needs.
• Evaluating the impact of the proposed solution on the user process and system maintenance.
• Identifying functional and technical dependencies within the system and with others (upstream, downstream dependencies).

Deployment and Coordination:

• Supporting development teams during the design phase and ensuring that functional/technical specifications comply with the proposed solution and business requirements.

Tests

• Preparing and carrying out tests of the solutions once delivered by the development team and providing all necessary documentation (test plan, tracking tool, incident management, etc.).

Change Management/Project Adoption:

• Assisting users in preparing communication and training plans, as well as in creating and leading workshops and training sessions.

You will manage these Data projects from end to end, from defining business needs to their implementation. Reporting to a local Manager, you will benefit from all the project management expertise acquired by mc2i and the feedback from our employees. Our Data expertise center and our training catalogs will also allow you to stay current with technology to anticipate trends and innovations. To support the growth of mc2i and its clients in Belgium, you will also be involved in our publications (blogs, press, etc.), the recruitment of new talent, and the commercial activity of our firm.

Do you have experience in UI design?, * You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in DATA.

• You have skills in Data Analysis, Data Engineering, Data Visualization.
• Ideally, you master these development languages: Python, SQL.
• You master at least two of these software or technologies: Dataiku, Databricks, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
• You master one of these tools: PowerBI, Tableau, Qlick, Looker.
• Ideally, you have initial experience in the energy sector.
• Knowledge of AI will also be appreciated.
• Passionate about new technologies and their perpetual evolutions, you wish to join a dynamic and growing team to work on high-value-added projects in the energy sector.
• Initial experience in consulting is an asset but not mandatory.
• Bilingual, you speak English and French fluently.
