Job description
As a Solution Architect, you design scalable, future-proof architectures that integrate the ClearOps platform into OEM and dealer IT landscapes. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you translate complex requirements into structured solution concepts and guide customers through technical evaluations and integration planning.
Your role bridges customer needs with product capabilities, ensuring seamless implementation, measurable business impact, and long-term platform adoption - while supporting ClearOps' global growth ambitions., * Design scalable, future-proof solution architectures integrating OEM systems, dealer ERP/DMS environments, and the ClearOps platform.
- Analyze customer IT and service landscapes to identify integration points, system dependencies, and optimization opportunities.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into structured, implementable solution concepts and integration strategies.
- Lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, product demonstrations, and technical evaluations throughout the pre-sales process.
- Develop integration approaches leveraging APIs, data models, and cloud-based architectures.
- Support technical components of RFIs/RFPs and contribute to proposal and documentation development.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to CIOs, IT Leads, and Supply Chain stakeholders, building credibility at decision-maker level.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and long-term adoption.
- Contribute to architectural standards, best practices, reusable solution frameworks, and internal technical enablement.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Pre-sales?, * A strong technical expert with a background in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
- Experienced in Solution Architecture, Technical Pre-Sales, or Enterprise SaaS environments, ideally within B2B or industrial software contexts.
- Skilled in cloud architectures, APIs, system integrations, and data-driven platforms.
- Comfortable navigating complex IT landscapes, including ERP and DMS environments.
- Able to translate technical complexity into clear, structured concepts for both technical and business stakeholders.
- Confident in engaging with senior decision-makers, building trust through credibility and clarity.
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
