Job description

As a member of Technical support, you will be working as part of the projects and support team, the key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Being the first point of contact for internal technical support requests.
  • Helping diagnose issues and finding potential solutions.
  • Escalating complex or serious issues where required.
  • Organise, track and close support requests.
  • Raising and tracking support tickets and building relationships with key Third Party Partners where required.
  • Supporting new projects with testing of new products and systems.
  • Helping the internal development team build and test new functionality.
  • Monitoring quote responses with aggregators.
  • Helping to maintain key company Infrastructure (IT systems, Telecoms)., * Fully paid on-site training and ongoing coaching
