Job description
The Data and Reporting Analyst will lead and manage all internal data and reporting across our Plant and Transport function. In this role, you will transform complex operational data into clear, actionable insights that drive efficiency, support compliance, and identify cost-saving opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by enhancing reporting processes, improving data accuracy, and enabling informed decision-making that optimises performance across the function., * Collect and manage data from multiple sources including asset management systems, telemetry, fuel providers, and maintenance records.
- Analyse trends and patterns to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to keep stakeholders informed.
- Monitor KPIs such as fleet availability and utilisation to track performance.
- Recommend strategies to streamline processes and cut costs.
- Collaborate with fleet managers, maintenance teams, and senior stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, * Strong skills in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and Power BI (Tableau experience is a plus).
- Experience with database query languages.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear communicator who can explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
