Job description

  • Report to Dosing Systems Project Manager
  • Construction, inspection, delivery and installation of dosing systems
  • Manage stock control levels and co-ordinate timely procurement of parts from suppliers
  • Process customer orders accurately, maintaining associated spreadsheets and folders
  • Implementation and maintaining of equipment logs and relevant maintenance schedules
  • Support with onsite health and safety within the Environmental production area including issuing various permits as required
  • Support the Project Manager in producing and developing dosing systems
  • Ensure flexibility to be able to assist in supplying engineering support across the overall business when required, The company may require you to help in other sections of the group companies, carrying out other work and other duties as the workload requires, which may involve working at other company sites.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Programmable logic controllers?, * Time-served apprenticeship in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance engineering, * · 3 years minimum as a maintenance engineer in a manufacturing or continuous process environment

  • Experience in dosing systems, sewage treatment works, anaerobic digestors or industrial operations would be beneficial.
  • Strong working knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and P&IDs
  • Familiarity with industrial equipment and PLC knowledge would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills

  • 7.45am-4.45pm (with flexible hours where necessary to fulfil the job role)
  • UK nationwide travel will be required with occasional fully expensed overnight stays

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
