Job description
- Providing first-line troubleshooting during post laptop deployments
- Supporting and running deployment sessions, including room setup and user guidance
- Installing and configuring laptops, operating systems, and standard applications
- Collecting and logging old laptops and chargers from end users
- Testing devices to ensure readiness before handover
- Accurately documenting activity and issues and escalating where necessary
Tech stack (experience with some or all desirable): Windows 10/11, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Azure AD, Office 365, VPN, EUC tooling
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * Experience in EUC, desktop support, or laptop deployment roles
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable working in busy, high-volume deployment environments
