Job description

  • Providing first-line troubleshooting during post laptop deployments
  • Supporting and running deployment sessions, including room setup and user guidance
  • Installing and configuring laptops, operating systems, and standard applications
  • Collecting and logging old laptops and chargers from end users
  • Testing devices to ensure readiness before handover
  • Accurately documenting activity and issues and escalating where necessary

Tech stack (experience with some or all desirable): Windows 10/11, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Azure AD, Office 365, VPN, EUC tooling

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * Experience in EUC, desktop support, or laptop deployment roles

  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Comfortable working in busy, high-volume deployment environments
  • Reliable, professional, and process-driven
