Job description
We're looking for a methodical, detail-obsessed tester to help ensure our casino games are polished, fair, and flawless before they reach players around the world. No prior QA experience required - we'll train you up., * Execute structured test scripts across all stages of game development - functional, regression, and compliance testing
- Design new test cases and scripts to provide thorough coverage of game features and edge cases
- Log bugs clearly and precisely using our issue tracking tools, providing reproducible steps and supporting evidence
- Verify bug fixes and re-test resolved issues to confirm they're fully resolved
- Test games across multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems to ensure consistent behaviour
- Review game maths and paytable information for accuracy against design specifications
- Collaborate with developers and producers to clarify requirements and flag potential issues early
- Maintain organised, up-to-date test documentation and contribute to improving QA processes over time
Requirements
We're looking for someone who notices things others miss. The kind of person who reads instructions properly, follows a process precisely, and feels genuine satisfaction when they track down a tricky bug and document it clearly. This is not a role where you just "play games all day" - it requires methodical thinking, sharp attention to detail, and a systematic approach to breaking things in controlled, reproducible ways. That said, it's a genuinely enjoyable job, and you'll be working directly on polished, real-world casino games used by players around the globe. No prior QA experience is required. We'll provide full training on our processes, tools, and the specific requirements of casino game compliance testing. What we can't teach is a meticulous mindset - that needs to be yours already. - Strong computer skills and comfortable working across different browsers and devices
- Ability to follow and write clear, structured test scripts and procedures
- Methodical and systematic approach to problem-solving
- Clear written communication - bug reports and test notes must be precise and easy to follow
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently in a remote environment
- Based in the UK (this role is PAYE employment, UK residents only)
- Fluent English
Desirable
- Any prior experience in QA, software testing, or a similarly detail-oriented field
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira or similar
- Interest in or knowledge of online casino games and slots
- Basic understanding of how web-based games or software products are built
