Job description
The Senior Manager, Strategic Business Change is a senior, enterprise-facing role within the Strategy Realization Office (SRO), reporting to the Director, Strategy Realization Office. It is a core part of the SRO's evolving capability and plays a critical role in strengthening how strategy is translated into executable, value-driven change across the organization.
This is not a pure strategy or visionary planning role. It is a strategy enablement and execution-focused position, designed for someone who can work hands-on with senior leaders to shape decisions, resolve complex business challenges, and move initiatives from concept through to structured execution.
The role provides a unique opportunity to influence the operating model, reputation, and impact of the Strategy Realization Office itself-including how it partners with the business, the standards and playbooks it develops, and the way it supports commercially credible decision-making at enterprise scale.
The Senior Manager focuses on shaping and enabling complex business, digital, and organizational change. This includes deep engagement with "in-life" operational challenges, ambiguous transformation initiatives, and cross-functional programs where the path forward is not yet clearly defined.
You will act as a trusted internal advisor and problem-solver to senior stakeholders, bringing structured thinking, fact-based analysis, and pragmatic recommendations that balance commercial, operational, and technical considerations. While the role does not require hands-on technical delivery, it does require strong fluency in digital and technology-enabled change, and the ability to work confidently at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and delivery., * This position is expected to be remote for the foreseeable future with an occasional need to be onsite in a shared work environment

Must have flexible work schedule to accommodate across global business hours
