In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for SAP Business One across the group, leading ERP support operations, driving continuous improvement, and helping shape the future of our digital landscape. You'll work closely with teams across Manufacturing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to make sure our ERP system not only runs smoothly - but powers our business forward., * Lead ERP Support Operations - take ownership of complex SAP B1 issues, manage incidents from start to finish, and guide the wider support team in best practices.
- Collaborate & Advise - work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical SAP solutions.
- System Administration - manage user roles, access rights, and system configurations to keep our ERP environment secure and compliant.
- Data & Reporting - create and maintain Crystal Reports and SQL queries that turn data into insight.
- Drive Improvements - identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency through BPA and Boyum Usability Pack tools.
- Mentor & Develop - share your expertise with junior analysts, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Project Delivery - play a key role in SAP B1 rollouts to new subsidiaries, supporting workshops, UAT, go-live and post-implementation review.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Warehouse management system?, * ERP support experience, including SAP Business One.
- Strong knowledge of SAP B1 modules - ideally Finance, Inventory, Production, and Sales.
- Experience with Boyum Usability Pack (B1UP) and Business Process Automation (BPA) tools.
- Solid SQL skills for diagnostics and reporting (SSMS experience desirable).
- Confident communicator with a talent for turning technical concepts into business value.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement., * Background in manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Experience with Crystal Reports, SAP HANA, or EDI/WMS integrations.
- Understanding of SOX controls and governance processes., * Experience of ERP Support & SAP Business One
- Experience with Boyum Usability (B1UP) and Business Process Automation (BPA)

Hours of Work & Salary
Monday - Friday, 8:30a.m. - 5:00p.m. at our Denby site.
Up to £65,000 per annum dependant on experience.
