• Betreuung und Konfiguration der Client-Software und -Hardware

• Professionelle Betreuung von Business-Anwendungen (Microsoft Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.)

• Aktive Mitgestaltung von IT-Projekten mit Fokus auf Hardware, Software und Digitalisierung

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung

• Praxis im IT Support oder bereits erste Kenntnisse in der System- bzw. Netzwerkadministration

• Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an technologischen Entwicklungen, neuen Tools und Technik-Trends

• Ausgeprägte Service-Orientierung und proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Teamfähigkeit
