In this role, you'll go beyond implementation-you will shape the technical direction of our backend ecosystem, ensuring every solution is scalable, secure, and built with precision., * Technical Leadership: Lead the design and development of robust backend services using C# and .NET, enforcing clean code principles, best practices, and attention to detail across the engineering team.

• Code Quality & Craftsmanship: Establish and uphold coding standards focused on readability, maintainability, testability, and performance. Conduct thorough code reviews with a focus on correctness and clarity.

• Data Stewardship: Own data-intensive systems end-to-end, serving as the expert in SQL schema design, query optimization, indexing strategies, and database performance in transactional environments.

• Architectural Strategy: Define and evolve scalable, secure, and resilient backend architectures aligned with long-term product goals.

• Technical Decision-Making: Evaluate trade-offs, manage complexity, and make informed decisions that balance delivery speed with code quality and architectural integrity.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Frontend, and DevOps teams to ensure cohesive system design and smooth delivery pipelines.
