Job description
Our client, a leading international FMCG company with modern offices in the Zurich area, is seeking a Quality Analytics Specialist (m/f/d) to join their team with immediate effect for a 6-month assignment., The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating quality performance indicators and manufacturing data to derive meaningful, data-driven insights.
These insights will guide informed decision-making around the identification, selection, and prioritisation of strategic initiatives.
The role also involves leading and delivering strategic projects that advance both immediate objectives and the long-term Quality vision, by carrying out the following task areas:
- Interprets and assesses quality and production data to uncover trends, risks, and improvement opportunities that directly influence strategic project prioritization
- Drives and contributes to a portfolio of cross-functional strategic projects and initiatives aligned with the overarching Quality strategy
- Collaborates closely with regional and global stakeholders across multiple functions, building strong partnerships to deliver consistent, high-quality results
- Evaluates, harmonizes, and optimizes business processes to enhance operational effectiveness, generating insights that support standardization and compliance with global organizational standards
Requirements
- Successfully completed academic degree (e.g. food science, food technology, or a related field
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality management, data analysis, project management within the food industry is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Electronic QMS, e-training systems and SAP systems is preferred
- Knowledge of compliance, related to all applicable Food Safety Management, e.g. HACCP, ISO 22000, is required
- Strong oral and written English skills
- Ability to appropriately communicate information to cross functional stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
