A proud equal opportunity employer, we passionately embrace team member diversity and provide a positive and inclusive working environment for all., The Delivery Team sits within Data & BI and are responsible for all regular reporting across Boots UK, supporting a variety of Boots functions with the critical data they require to make effective business decisions.
The Delivery Team are in a unique position within Boots, working with data from across the entire business, so attention to detail and the ability to support across multiple projects is vital. As a Power BI Engineer within this team supporting the No7 business within Boots, you will be responsible for the design, delivery and maintenance of our extensive Power BI reports, proving it's accuracy. Working with key No7 business stakeholders, to ensure reports meet their requirements and provide the No7 teams with the vital analytics needed to understand business performance and operational framework. Our reports have a wide audience, so maintaining efficient performance is important.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, * Experienced in data visualisation using Power BI to deliver meaningful dashboards that drive performance improvements and aid decision making.
- Demonstrable advanced technical ability whilst also being willing and capable of adapting to new tools as they're introduced.
- Must have a proven and extensive track record of adding value within a commercially focused data analysis role.
- Experience troubleshooting issues with users with the ability to deal effectively with individuals across levels and functional boundaries.
- The ability to change direction when requirements evolve and proactively identify opportunities for the business.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and DAX.
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience using DataBricks.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
