Job description

  • Drive Strategy: Transform complex business and operational data into clear, actionable recommendations for our Marketing, Operations and Commercial teams.
  • Tell Stories with Data: Build impactful, engaging dashboards and visual analytics that easily communicate trends to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Own the Insights: Act as the go-to expert for insight delivery. You will identify data gaps, champion data quality and continuously improve our analytical processes.
  • Lead & Collaborate: Build trusted relationships across the business to capture requirements and use your technical expertise to coach and upskill fellow analysts.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, * Core Technical Chops: Excellent SQL and data visualization skills (PowerBI), alongside proven experience using Databricks. (Bonus points for Python, PySpark, or experience with geospatial data)

  • Agile Experience: You are well-versed in Agile delivery, thriving in a modern, fast-paced workflow.
  • Commercial Acumen: You are a seasoned analyst who understands the "why" behind the data. You can spot trends, understand business drivers, and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional Communication: You are detail-oriented and possess top-tier written and verbal communication skills, able to easily translate complex findings into compelling business cases.
