Job description
You will provide IT support to around 250 users across office and warehouse environments, ensuring systems run smoothly and issues are resolved quickly., * Provide 1st line IT support via phone, email and ticketing system (Jira)
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Support users across office and warehouse environments
- Install and configure hardware and software
- Document issues and escalate complex problems when needed
- Assist with occasional small IT projects

Requirements
