Job description

You will provide IT support to around 250 users across office and warehouse environments, ensuring systems run smoothly and issues are resolved quickly., * Provide 1st line IT support via phone, email and ticketing system (Jira)

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Support users across office and warehouse environments
  • Install and configure hardware and software
  • Document issues and escalate complex problems when needed
  • Assist with occasional small IT projects

Requirements
