Job description
We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who combines deep technical expertise with visionary leadership. You will not simply oversee technology operations - you will define the company's technology strategy, lead engineering and infrastructure teams, and guide the development of scalable digital platforms that support long-term growth.
Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping technology innovation, optimizing engineering operations, and ensuring the organization remains competitive in an evolving digital landscape.

- Oversee architecture of scalable applications, enterprise platforms, and cloud infrastructure
- Ensure engineering processes follow modern development standards and best practices
Infrastructure & Security Oversight:
- Oversee cloud infrastructure, network architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks
- Ensure reliability, performance, and security of technology systems
Executive Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Advise executive leadership on technology investments and digital transformation strategies
- Present technology performance metrics and strategic initiatives to senior stakeholders
Team Leadership & Talent Development:
- Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering and technology teams
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous technical improvement
Requirements
Do you have experience in Leadership?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, software engineering management, or IT strategy
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles such as CTO, IT Director, VP Engineering, or Head of Technology
Technical Expertise:
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure, enterprise software architecture, and digital platforms
- Experience with modern development environments, DevOps practices, and cybersecurity frameworks
- Proven ability to scale technology systems and engineering teams
Leadership & Strategic Skills:
- Strong executive leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication with technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex technology initiatives into strategic business value
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- MBA or executive leadership education is an asset
