Job description
You will report to a highly experienced manager who prioritizes mentorship and encourages proactive engagement within the team. Our work setup is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office three days a week to facilitate collaboration and team-building while still allowing flexibility for remote work. As for travel requirements, occasional travel may be necessary for client meetings and training sessions, but it is typically minimal, making it manageable alongside your regular responsibilities., * Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and tailor Nutanix solutions to drive transformation.
- Collaborate with sales teams in developing strategic account plans and crafting compelling proposals.
- Conduct impactful product demonstrations and guide prospects through technical evaluations to ensure successful adoption.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Enterprise customers, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Provide technical expertise and insights into Nutanix products, serving as a subject matter expert in data center and cloud technologies.
- Educate and mentor peers on presales strategies and best practices to enhance team performance.
- Contribute to gaining technical wins with a focus on delivering excellence in customer engagements.
- Set and achieve first-year objectives related to customer satisfaction, sales targets, and technical proficiency in Nutanix solutions.
Requirements
- 6-9 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, with 3-5 years as a Presales Engineer or Solutions Architect.
- Hands-on technical expertise in data center and cloud technologies, including virtualization and data management.
- Proficiency in Cloud Native technologies and solutions, with the ability to size and configure Nutanix offerings.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and either Spanish or Italian.
- Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and effectively convey solutions aligned with customer objectives.
- Proven experience in building long-term relationships with enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Ability to lead and execute flawless proofs of value with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience mentoring peers and onboarding new hires is a plus.
