Tasks
- Handle and resolve ICT issues through 1st and 2nd level support.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations including PCs and mobile devices.
- Document support cases and assist in software training and projects., In this important hub function, you competently support our employees as the first point of contact for all IT matters., * Acceptance, processing, and resolution of ICT disruptions (1st and 2nd level support)
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices)
- User administration and rights assignment (Active Directory / Entra ID)
- Documentation of support cases and creation of instructions, documentation, and manuals
- Assistance with the introduction and training of new software solutions
- Participation in IT projects (e.g., rollouts of new hardware and software)
Requirements
- Completed IT training as a specialist or similar qualification.
- Experience in IT support with Microsoft platforms like Azure and M365.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset., * Completed vocational training as an IT specialist, ICT technician, or comparable education
- Experience in IT support (1st and 2nd level) as well as knowledge of the Microsoft platform (Azure, M365, Intune)
- Good skills in error diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, LAN, WLAN) as well as IT security
- High level of service orientation, patience, and communication skills
- Independent, structured working style and ability to work in a team
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills
