IT Operations and Systems Administrator

• Take ownership of our hybrid IT infrastructure-administering Microsoft Azure, M365, Windows & Linux servers, and end-user devices-to keep our digital backbone running smoothly.
• Be the go-to technical partner for internal teams and external vendors, coordinating IT operations, change management, and service delivery with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
• Lead and support infrastructure projects from planning to implementation, including cloud migrations, system upgrades, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure our IT security posture is solid-managing patching, antivirus, and system hardening while keeping us aligned with GDPR and ISMS standards.
• Keep our teams connected and productive by managing AV conferencing (Teams), telephony (Teams Telephony, call center solutions), and networking (Cisco Meraki, LAN/WAN, VPN).
• Provide second-level support and oversee user onboarding/offboarding, ensuring a smooth and friendly IT experience for every colleague.

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration or operations, ideally in a small-company or all-rounder setup.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies (Azure, M365, Windows OS), with a passion for modern IT solutions and infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of networking, telephony, and IT security fundamentals.
• Fluent in German and comfortable communicating in English.
• A team player with a proactive, user-first attitude who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
