Overall responsibility for IT Service Continuity Test Management

Implementation and further development of the ITSCM Testing Framework

Creation of short- and long-term, scenario-based ITSCM test plans

Definition and application of test methods, modules, and packages

Planning and leading test campaigns in collaboration with application managers and service providers

Preparation and execution of scenario-based Emergency Organization Exercises

Preparation of test results including risk assessments for management and ensuring continuous improvements

Support of test management in projects, releases, and life-cycle events
Requirements
- Completed education in IT or a related field is essential.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Continuity Management is critical.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German are required., * Completed vocational training or higher technical school in computer science or a related field
- In-depth knowledge and extensive experience in IT Service Continuity Management
- Solid knowledge and experience in leading test campaigns (planning, preparation, execution, and evaluation of tests)
- Broad understanding of IT infrastructures, IT architectures, and the operation of IT services
- Enjoyment in creating systematic and methodical test concepts as well as assessing test risks
- Good English and German skills, both spoken and written
- Communicative, motivated team player with high independence and sense of responsibility
- Desirable: Test management training (e.g., ISTQB Advanced Test Manager) as well as certifications in test, project, and service management
