Job description

  • You take end-to-end responsibility for the Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps services within the Digital Workplace environment
  • You define and measure service quality based on clear KPIs (e.g., availability, user satisfaction, security requirements) and derive targeted improvement measures
  • You ensure stable and secure service operations by effectively managing external service providers and clearly regulating collaboration both contractually and operationally (e.g., SLAs, KPIs)
  • You make decisions regarding the target technical architecture of your services in close coordination with architecture and security teams
  • You monitor and optimize service delivery costs, plan budgets, and design global chargeback mechanisms
  • You continuously monitor market trends and technological developments to identify innovation and transformation opportunities at an early stage
  • You plan and coordinate transformation activities within your service domain - both technically and organizationally
  • You work closely with business departments and global IT teams to ensure the optimal and needs-based use of Power Automate and Power Apps

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
  • You have several years of experience in the Digital Workplace environment, both from a technical perspective and in service management. Ideally, you have knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps
  • You bring experience in the implementation, operation, and further development of global IT services, especially in collaboration with IT service providers
  • You have solid knowledge of IT service management processes (e.g., ITIL), contract and provider management, as well as financial aspects such as budgeting and cost control
  • You communicate clearly and effectively in German and English and enjoy working in teams and with international stakeholders
