Job description
A fast growing AI and data platform business is expanding its delivery leadership as demand grows across sectors including financial services, retail, telecoms, healthcare and insurance. The organisation is building real AI solutions that are live in production, not simply proof of concepts. As adoption of the platform grows, they are looking for a Head of Platform Delivery to help shape how these solutions are delivered to clients at scale.
This role sits at the centre of the business, working closely with engineering, data science, product and client teams to ensure platform implementations run smoothly and can scale as the business grows.
The Role
You will help build the delivery framework around the platform, turning Statements of Work into clear implementation programmes and creating the environment that enables engineering and data teams to deliver successfully. Key responsibilities include:
·Turning client Statements of Work into clear delivery plans and milestones ·Leading platform implementation programmes with senior client stakeholders ·Creating a structured and supportive delivery environment for engineering and data teams ·Managing delivery risks and escalation points ·Establishing delivery governance and reporting frameworks ·Designing smooth transitions from implementation into operational support ·Feeding insights from client implementations back into product development
The business is particularly interested in free thinkers with a scalability mindset, people who can design delivery frameworks that evolve as the platform grows.
Requirements
·SaaS or technology platform businesses, working in technical implementation ·Solutions roles alongside engineering teams ·Leading complex client programmes in consulting or transformation environments.
You bring informed views on tooling, backed by real delivery experience
You think in systems and can spot downstream impacts before they become problems.
