Head of IT Project Management

• You lead and shape the global IT Project Management organization, enabling the successful delivery of complex software implementation projects across international locations.
• You develop and empower Team Leads and IT Project Managers, building a strong leadership culture and fostering continuous professional growth.
• You ensure that project management practices, governance and delivery standards are consistently applied across the global organization.
• You drive the strategic development of the IT Project Management function, strengthening metho-dologies, tools and capabilities.
• You oversee the global project portfolio from a project management perspective, ensuring transpa-rency on performance, risks, and resource capacity.
• You enable efficient resource and capacity management across locations, ensuring the right expertise is available for successful project execution.
• You define and manage the budget of the IT Project Management organization.
• You act as a senior escalation partner for complex project situations and support sustainable solutions together with the implementation leadership team.
• You represent the global IT Project Management organization in leadership discussions, driving alignment across departments and strengthening end-to-end project execution., You will lead an international organization of IT Project Managers and Team Leads, strengthen project delivery excellence and contribute to the successful implementation of innovative intralogistics solutions for customers around the world., Are you looking for new challenges? • You bring extensive experience in software or IT project management in complex technical environments.
• You have experience in leading project management organizations or multiple project teams.
• You combine strategic leadership with a deep understanding of project delivery and governance.
• You are experienced in working in international and cross-functional environments.
• You have strong capabilities in organizational development, stakeholder management and leadership communication.
• Ideally, you bring knowledge of intralogistics systems or complex software solutions.
• You are a visionary and structured leader who inspires people and drives continuous improvement.
• You are fluent in German and English.

This position offers a minimum gross salary of € 4,299.70 (according to the Collective Agreement for the Metal Industry, VWG V/1st year).
