Job description
As our Technical Support Engineer your main goal will be to provide technical support and advice to sales teams and customers during the pre-sales process. In this role, you will receive, manage and solve all the technical questions from our clients about the manufactured product, including especial manufacturing requests (Engineering to Order). You shall be able to understand customer needs, translate them into technical solutions, and clearly and persuasively communicate how products and solutions can benefit the customer., As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
- being the reference contact for technical issues related to the product manufactured at the Carrier Montilla Site.
- the optimization of technical selections to give the best technical and cost/term solution.
- the analysis of projects to adapt the product to the needs of our clients. *
- the coordination with engineering and manufacturing teams in projects or product adaptation studies.
- supporting the Marketing team in product training for customers.
- the management of customer visits to the factory.

Requirements
As a minimum you must have:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, etc) or related
- Knowledge or/and experience in HVAC equipments and installation
- Intermediate/advanced user of Excel/Access
- Customer focus, teamwork skills and task/project organization skills
- Good command of Spanish and English (B2/C1)
- Valid UE work permit
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
- Good command on French
- HTML programming skills
