Job description
My Client is a large building maintenance contractor specialising in working with local authorities on repair and maintenance projects on public buildings and social housing stock. They have been awarded an exciting new contract to carry out refurbishment and repair works on public buildings and schools throughout the North East and as such they are looking for a Technical Administrator to support the Contract Management team based in Killingworth, North Tyneside. Reporting to the Contract Manager you will be responsible for: -Assisting the Team Leaders in service delivery and scheduling of all repairs and maintenance works. -Assist the Commercial Team with financial enquiries and invoicing monitoring systems -Provide information to and communicate with Clients and Customers information relating to repairs and appointments -Provide comprehensive and proactive customer focused support to internal and external parties -Provide general administration duties to the operations team and
Requirements
maintain all operational database systems. Suitable candidates will: -Ideally be educated to NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Business Administration. -Ideally have previous experience in a similar sector eg: housing, construction or maintenance. -Be computer literate with a thorough understanding of Excel and cell formulae This is a temp on going role for initially 3 - Month, with a possibility of on going. The hours are Monday - Thursday 8am until 4pm and Friday 8am until 3:30pm. Flexibility is available to meet both personal and the service needs
